Need help applying for an environmental permit?

As a company, you must apply for an environmental permit (environmental component) if you have an IPPC installation or a designated type C installation. ECH can prepare the application for you and play a coordinating role in the investigations required. The application describes in detail what activities you as a company conduct and what the consequences are for the environment.

What is our approach?

Often, partial investigations need to be carried out into noise pollution, air emissions or external safety. ECH can prepare the application for you and play a coordinating role in the investigations needed. ECH can also carry out preliminary consultations with the authorised authority and submit the application.

For certain activities, an environmental impact assessment first needs to be prepared prior to the permit application. This is done to determine whether or not an environmental impact assessment (EIA) is needed. ECH can also prepare the environmental impact assessment report for you.

Finally, you as a company may need an environmental permit for a limited environmental assessment, which ECH can also prepare for you. For companies that only have a notification obligation, Energie Consult Holland is happy to provide this notification based on the Activities Decree.
