Why an inspection?

Hydraulic systems are used in industry and often use accumulators. As a result, the pumping capacity can remain limited while large volume flows can still be achieved. In addition, fluctuations in pressure are smoothed out by accumulators. They can function because the accumulators are pressurised with nitrogen specifically for the intended applications. Because these systems work with high operating pressures, they are subject to statutory inspections along with other pressure equipment.

What does the inspection entail?

An inspection is carried out based on an extensive checklist. The following aspects are checked during the inspection:

external condition
verification of the installation site

After the inspection, you receive a report and, if the findings are positive, an inspection certificate.
