Process installation inspection

Having your process installation inspected has a positive influence on the availability of this process installation and thus contributes to a positive operating result. It also allows you to demonstrate the safe operation of your process installations by means of an inspection and thus guarantee a safe workplace for your employees.

Process installations are often installed at chemical companies, pharmaceutical companies, waste processors and companies in the food industry such as beer breweries and dairy companies.

If the inside of your process installation is difficult to access, ECH has various certified specialists who can perform the inspection by Rope Access.

The specialists at ECH have knowledge of and experience with various types of process installations in both the chemical and the food industry and can carry out the inspection for you.

What does the inspection entail? 

The inspection is carried out based on an extensive checklist. The following aspects are checked during the inspection:

• internal inspection;
• external inspection;
• installation site.

After the inspection, you receive a report and, if the findings are positive, an inspection certificate.
