(ECH) we welcome all feedback that helps us improve our services. If you have comment please feel free to reach out to us by phone or mail. If you want to file a complaint and or objection, if you want to share an appreciation or see a need for appeal? Please follow our ECH Regulation on these matters. This Regulation has been drawn up by ECH to ensure that a complaint, appreciation, objection, or appeal is dealt with correctly and in a timely manner.
