Energie Consult Holland B.V. (ECH) fulfils a social role by providing high-quality services in the areas of energy, the environment and safety. Within the context of corporate social responsibility, these services are offered and provided in a professional manner; in other words: competently, effectively and efficiently.

This is achieved by meeting the stated or self-evident needs and expectations of stakeholders. Competency, Commitment and Flexibility are the factors that distinguish us from our competitors.

ECH pursues an active policy in order to ensure its independence in the provision of its services. This includes the need for impartiality and freedom from conflicts of interest. Regular assessments of the organisation, management and staff with reference to this policy form a part of our business operations for which we can be called to account.

ECH is aware that in its service provision, it has contacts with businesses as well as people. Where the service provision concerns personal qualification, stakeholders can expect fair treatment provided with integrity.

Energie Consult Holland B.V. provides its services with a distinctive positive price/quality ratio. Through continuous improvement of the quality of services and our quality system, we aim to build long-term relationships with customers, partners and employees. In addition to profitable operations, the company aims for organic growth of 10% per year.

Within an action-oriented and collegial work environment, employees bear
maximum personal responsibility for contributing to the company's results. They are given ample opportunities for professional specialisation, personal development and fulfilment. Acquiring and maintaining the skills necessary to perform the professional tasks requires a joint effort on the part of both ECH and the employee.

ECH requires full commitment of its employees and in return, provides varied and challenging work within the limits of individual competencies, for appropriate remuneration.
